Job Summary

Bilingual Administrative Supervisor responsible for coordinating facility resources to provide efficient administrative support to management and customers. Leads operational success of the facility, overseeing invoicing control, purchasing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll/Human Resources administration, vendor management, and staff supervision. On-site Monday–Friday in Quebec, Canada. Must be fluent in French and English and proficient with Microsoft Office; strong customer service orientation and leadership abilities are required.

Required Qualifications

  • College certificate in office administration, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar position including Human Resources Administration, bookkeeping and credit responsibilities as well as procurement experience.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Understanding of basic accounting (billing - inventory - payables).
  • A strong passion for customer service.
  • Excellent Organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to make informed decisions supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a changing environment.
  • Excellent leadership abilities and a drive for team success.
