Job Summary
Bilingual Administrative Coordinator role responsible for recruiting and interviewing new team members, onboarding and new-hire setup, maintaining confidential employee records, managing employee information and time-off, responding to employee questions, communicating performance feedback, supporting management with corrective actions, conducting orientations and exit interviews, reviewing applications and completing new-hire paperwork, conducting reference and background checks, updating scheduling and internal systems, escalating sensitive issues, coordinating with recruiters, and handling additional administrative duties. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, customer-friendly, able to work independently in an in-office, full-time environment with opportunities for growth.
