Job Summary
Provide bilingual English-French administrative support for BioScript Solutions’ Patient Support Programs. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and editing various forms of correspondence (letters, invoices, presentations, publications, reports); data entry and general administrative duties; maintaining confidentiality; organizing and coordinating office records and files; photocopying, faxing, scanning, and distributing documents; filing correspondence, invoices, and receipts; and supporting reporting of AEs and PQCs. The role requires experience with reimbursement processes (private, public, and federal funding), proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a remote-capable Canadian environment. The position is full-time, permanent, and remote, with locations in Moncton NB, Oakville ON, and Montreal QC in Canada. Required Qualifications
- One year of experience in a similar role
- Bilingualism in French & English is required
