Job Summary
Bilingual Front Desk and HR Administrative Support role based in Baltimore, MD requiring English/Spanish fluency. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling calls and inquiries, managing visitor logs, scheduling meetings, onboarding and HR paperwork, translating HR documents as needed, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment tasks, benefits enrollment, drafting bilingual memos, coordinating events and trainings, and supporting I-9 compliance and policy distribution. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and customer-service skills, be proficient with HRIS systems and standard office software, and demonstrate solid organizational and confidentiality practices.
