Bilingual Account Manager of Custodial Services

Coordinate and supervise all aspects of daily and periodic cleaning in educational complexes, including overseeing supervisors, head custodians, and custodians. Inspect assigned areas daily to ensure work standards, prepare work schedules, and manage biweekly payroll. Evaluate custodial performance, handle disciplinary actions, and conduct training programs while interpreting contracts and implementing new policies. Maintain supply inventory, contact vendors, and submit progress reports on building conditions. Establish working relationships with students, faculty, and staff, and coordinate event setups across campuses. Requires ability to operate cleaning equipment, lift up to 60 lbs, and respond to emergency situations on nights or weekends. Full-time, 1st or 2nd shift, weekends.
