Bilingual Account Manager, French (UK)

Job Summary
Bilingual Account Manager (French-speaking) in the UK region, fully remote for UK residents. You will manage a portfolio of Keeper Security customers, drive revenue growth through renewals, cross-sells and upsells, negotiate licensing contracts, and conduct quarterly business reviews with senior client stakeholders. You will serve as a trusted cybersecurity advisor with deep knowledge of password management and IAM, maintain strong relationships at the executive level, coordinate with cross-functional Keeper teams to resolve issues, and help customers maximize value from Keeper’s solutions. The role requires strong written and spoken French and English, experience selling to Enterprise customers, and proficiency with SaaS sales processes, CRM tooling (Salesforce), and technology integrations (SSO, Directory). A BA/BS is preferred and IAM experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full cycle SaaS sales or Account Management (upselling and expansion)
- Bilingual: native French with English fluency (written and verbal)
- Strong technical knowledge of software integrations (SSO, Directory), implementation, onboarding & support
- Experience selling to Enterprise organisations and engaging with C-level Executives
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Proactive problem solving and ability to advocate for customers
- Undergraduate degree preferred (BA/BS)
