Job Summary

Bilingual Account Manager, AdTech (English/French) is responsible for onboarding customers, guiding post-activation account management, and maximizing platform engagement. You will monitor account health, campaign performance, and customer engagement to identify retention and growth opportunities, collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to align on client needs, and present insights and recommendations to optimize outcomes. Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Excel is expected, along with strong oral and written communication to engage executive stakeholders. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence in Toronto, Tue-Thu, supporting both managed service and self-service clients.

Required Qualifications

  • English and French bilingual proficiency
  • Experience in Account Management or Customer Success (Account Manager, Key Account Manager, etc.)
  • Ability to manage onboarding and post-activation activities
  • Strong to advanced Excel and CRM tool proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, engineers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage executive stakeholders
  • Focus on retention, adoption, and growth of client accounts
