Job Summary
Manage distributor and customer relationships in the assigned West Coast region while liaising with East Coast Canadian clients to promote product sales. Achieve annual sales budgets, coordinate marketing programs, and provide sales team training. Monitor market trends, collect data, and execute sales promotion activities to identify business opportunities and expand networks. Requires bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese, with a background in FMCG grocery/food sales. Core hours are 9am-5:30pm with occasional evening or weekend work, up to 50% travel mainly local.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of field sales experience in FMCG grocery/food industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
- U.S Driving Licence and vehicle
- Legally able to work in USA
- able to travel to Canada
- Core hours 9am-5:30pm, 40 hours per week
- occasional evening/weekend work
- Travel: Up to 50%, mainly local, sometimes overnight
