Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community-based locations, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building plans and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families and other providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Bilingual (Spanish/English) required; positions are part-time and start with opportunities to advance. Ideal for individuals pursuing careers in special education or psychology, with no prior experience required; encouraged to pursue the 40-hour RBT course.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Reliable method of transportation
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Need to Know: Services provided in clients' homes or community locations
- All positions start off part-time
- Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
