Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as a core member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data, and collaborating with families and providers to improve treatment outcomes. No prior experience required; part-time positions with opportunities for flexibility and advancement; encouraged to pursue the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course. Bilingual (Spanish/English) required. Positions start part-time with services in clients’ homes or community settings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Reliable transportation
- Patience and compassion
