Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients with autism, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and behavior improvement; directly execute skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team; record session data accurately; foster a positive learning environment and collaborate with families and other providers to enhance treatment effectiveness; services will be delivered in clients' homes or community-based locations; positions start part-time; bilingual Spanish/English required; encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course; minimum 6-month commitment.
