Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as part of a clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data with electronic devices, and fostering a positive learning environment. Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English), have reliable transportation, and commit to part-time roles starting with opportunities suitable for college students. Encouraged to pursue the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
