Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team; record session data accurately; foster a positive learning environment and connect with families; collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, reliable transportation, and a willingness to learn. All positions start part-time and are an entry point into ABA/psychology with opportunities to gain experience in education, childcare, or related fields.
Required Qualifications

- No experience required
- Experience in education/early childhood development or caregiving roles is a plus
