Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in-home or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior; serve as an integral member of the clinical team with direct skill-building and care plan implementation; record session data using electronic devices; foster a positive learning environment and connect with families; collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent and bilingual (Spanish/English) abilities; roles start part-time with no experience required and opportunities to pursue the 40-hour RBT course.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Reliable method of transportation
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Minimum 6 month commitment
- Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
