Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients’ homes or community-based locations, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans. Record session data accurately, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Bilingual Spanish/English required; positions start part-time and involve home-based or community-based service delivery. No experience required; encouraged to pursue the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course. Minimum 6-month commitment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn
- Experience in ABA or related fields (encouraged but not required)
