Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients’ homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Exercise skill-building and care plans under supervision; accurately record session data; foster a positive learning environment and connect with families; collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required; position starts part-time and may include afternoon/evening hours; encouraged to pursue the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
