Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team; record session data using electronic devices; foster a positive learning environment and connect with families. Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English); positions start part-time; no experience required. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and a 6-month commitment. Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
