Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team, record session data accurately, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Role is part-time with all positions starting part-time; no experience required. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) and have a high school diploma or equivalent; reliable transportation; 6-month commitment; encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
