Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions, serving as an integral member of the clinical team for direct implementation of skill building and care plans. Record session data accurately and foster a positive learning environment while collaborating with families to enhance treatment effectiveness. Deliver services in clients' homes or community-based locations. This entry-level role requires no prior experience and is ideal for college students seeking part-time flexibility with afternoon or evening hours. A high school diploma and bilingual Spanish/English proficiency are required, along with reliable transportation. A minimum six-month commitment is necessary.
