Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill building and care plans while recording session data accurately. Foster a positive learning environment and collaborate with families to enhance treatment effectiveness. Services are delivered in clients' homes or community-based locations. All positions start part-time with a minimum six-month commitment required. Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Reliable method of transportation
- Minimum 6 month commitment required

- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Experience In: Education or early childhood development
- Experience In: Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience In: Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
- Experience In: After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience In: Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience In: ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience In: Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience In: Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Experience In: Behavior Technician, ABA, Registered Behavior Technician
