Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as part of a clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data, and collaborating with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Maintain a positive learning environment, demonstrate patience and compassion, and communicate effectively with families. Requires bilingual Spanish/English, reliable transportation, and a part-time schedule starting with a 6-month commitment; encouraged to pursue the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
