Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans, record session data accurately, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Bilingual (Spanish/English) required; services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations. All positions start off part-time. Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course. Minimum 6-month commitment required.
