Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community locations, implementing skill-building and care plans with evidence-based interventions. Record session data using electronic devices, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English); positions start part-time. High school diploma or equivalent required; reliability in transportation; willingness to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course; minimum 6-month commitment.
