Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. You will join a clinical team, record session data, foster a positive learning environment, collaborate with families and providers, and help children with autism thrive. No experience required; part-time opportunities with afternoon/evening hours; bilingual Spanish/English; located in Montclair, NJ with in-home/community-based service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- No prior experience required
- Part-time availability
- Commitment to minimum 6 months
- Encouraged to take 40-hour RBT course
