Bilingual ABA Behavior Technician (Spanish Required) � New Brunswick

Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions to support independence, skill development, and positive behavior for children with autism in clients' homes and community-based locations. Implement individualized skill-building and treatment plans, accurately record session data using electronic devices, and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment outcomes. Requires Spanish communication and a part-time schedule with flexible afternoon/evening hours; entry-point role with full training provided and opportunities for growth in the ABA/behavioral health field.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate comfortably in Spanish
- Willingness to learn and a strong passion for helping children with Autism
- Reliable transportation
- Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course is preferred
- Experience as an ABA Therapist or experience working with children or individuals on the autism spectrum preferred
