Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions to support independence, skill development, and positive behavior. Implement individualized treatment plans, accurately record session data, and create a positive, supportive learning environment. Build strong relationships with families and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment outcomes. Services are provided in clients’ homes and community-based locations. All positions begin as part-time. Will require Spanish communication and reliable transportation; training provided and great entry point into psychology, education, and behavioral health careers. Great fit for those seeking part-time work, with flexible afternoon/evening hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate comfortably in Spanish
- Reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience working with children or individuals on the autism spectrum (preferred)
- RBT course completion (40-hour) preferred
- Flexible scheduling with afternoon and evening hours
- Reliable transportation
