Bilingual 2nd Shift Technician, (CNA/EMT/MA) (Boar's Head Provisions Co., Inc)

Administer and coordinate Medical Department activities to ensure responsive support for employees in accordance with company policies. Maintain employee medical records, perform initial patient care, and execute first aid and drug/alcohol screens as required. Communicate with local doctors to facilitate care, keep supply inventory, and maintain the OSHA 300 log. Conduct facility safety inspections, perform job assignment observations for work restriction compliance, and ensure proper completion of incident reports. Assist Human Resources with assignments, promotions, and employee communications on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Promote a positive health environment through safety training and proactive health programs.
