Job Summary
Prepare ongoing accounting and annual financial statements for the real estate sector, including profit distribution under German tax law. Draft VAT, income tax, and profit determination declarations while supporting business audits. Publish annual reports in the Federal Gazette and serve as the primary contact for tax advisors and auditors. Manage intercompany accounts, generate invoices, and develop liquidity and economic plans for senior leadership. Apply DATEV systems and Excel to ensure compliance with HGB regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (w/m/)
- Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (w/m/)
- abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium mit Schwerpunkt Accounting, Finance oder Rechnungswesen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Verantwortungsbereitschaft
- selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im MS Office-Bereich insbesondere Excel
- Fundierte Kenntnisse buchhalterischer Sachverhalte nach HGB und Steuerrecht
- Anwendungssichere DATEV-Kenntnisse
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und kannst lösungsorientiert Denken und Handeln
