Job Summary
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements by recording complex transactions, distinguishing account items, and preparing entries for finalization. Act as the primary contact for economic and business auditors while advising internal departments on tax matters. Mentor staff in accounting procedures and handle international accounting for foreign group companies, primarily in North America. Validate VAT advance filings, create business statistics, and contribute to annual reserve formation. Ensure operational continuity and team coverage in daily financial operations. This role offers a 37.5-hour week with flexible hours and remote work options, including a career budget for development toward team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- einfach abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. im industriellen Sektor oder im steuerberatenden Umfeld) oder einen vergleichbaren beruflichen Hintergrund
- mehrjährige, fundierte Praxis in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- sichere Bearbeitung komplexer Buchungsvorgänge
- gutes Gespür für steuerrechtliche Zusammenhänge
- bewegen sich sicher im Rahmen aktueller gesetzlicher Vorgaben
- sichere Umgang mit modernen ERP-Systemen
- sichere Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel)
