Job Summary
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements while managing financial and fixed asset accounting. Support payroll processing and analyze existing commercial processes to optimize and digitize them. Identify and implement modern digital solutions, including AI-driven applications, to enhance the finance department. This role involves driving digitalization and process improvement within a regional construction firm specializing in character-building mass housing. You will actively shape the company's financial future alongside flat hierarchies and direct communication.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanz- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware
