Job Summary
Conduct daily bookkeeping for all business cases including bank, receivables, and payables. Manage ongoing payments and debt collection, lead the annual asset register updates, and ensure timely submission of all regulatory reports. Perform intercompany reconciliations with international subsidiaries and execute month-end and year-end closing entries such as accruals and reclassifications. Collaborate on group annual and quarterly financial statements and prepare documentation for external auditors. Requires successful completion of the bookkeeper and balance sheet accountant exam with multiple years of experience. Monthly gross salary starts at €3,300 for full-time work.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- erfolgreich absolvierte Buchhalter- und Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
- Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
