Job Summary
Manage all accounting matters including subsidiary, asset, and capital accounting as the CFO's right hand. Support controlling tasks such as monthly reports, project evaluations, liquidity planning, and variance analysis. Oversee accounts receivable and payable, expense reimbursements, cash, and bank accounts while closing and posting accruals and provisions. Lead month-end and year-end closing under HGB, prepare tax filings, and conduct impairment tests on intangible assets. Act as the Key User for the ERP system and serve as the liaison with tax advisors and authorities.
Required Qualifications
- kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder Steuerfachangestellte/-r mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im oben genannten Aufgabenfeld
- Rechnungslegungsvorschriften nach HGB
- Reisekostenrecht
- Umsatzsteuerrecht
- MS-Office-Anwendungen
- ERP-Systemen
- fließend Deutsch
- fließend Englisch
