Job Summary
Conduct full responsibility for balance sheet accounting and serve as the central contact for the management team, project leadership, and external tax advisors. Execute independent ongoing financial accounting for debtors, creditors, and asset accounts, including posting all business transactions and managing liquidity monitoring, payment traffic, and open items. Collaborate on annual financial statements and prepare VAT advance filings, while jointly managing payroll and wage accounting specifically for construction projects. Ensure correct tax and social security-related settlement for construction wages and manage timely reporting to social insurance agencies and authorities.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation als geprüfter Buchhalter/in
- Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter/in
- vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung/Rechnungswesen
- sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen
- strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung (Lohnstuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht)
- vorzugsweise Baulohn
- Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV
- idealerweise DATEV Rechnungswesen
- idealerweise DATEV LODAS (Baulohn)
