Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service by assisting guests with the selection and setup of downhill and enduro bikes, demonstrating knowledge of rental equipment to guide guest choices, and performing regular maintenance, setup, and testing of equipment. Follow all safety, liability, and sanitation policies; participate in daily upkeep of rental shop and equipment; learn bike maintenance basics (tire/tube changes, shifting/brake adjustments, safety inspections, and bike washes); work in a team-focused environment and maintain a clean, organized shop. Requires a High School diploma or GED (or equivalent), 16+ years old, and willingness to learn technical aspects of bike maintenance; prior customer service experience is preferred. This is a seasonal position at Winter Park Resort with an hourly pay around $20 and associated benefits.”,
