Job Summary
PM Shift Bike Delivery Courier for Insomnia Cookies in Portland, ME. Responsibilities include checking orders for quality and accuracy before leaving the store; delivering cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner; providing quality customer service in-person or by phone; using Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and providing accurate status updates to customers. Desired skills include PM/late-night availability, strong time-management and organizational skills, knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus, and the ability to work with your own non-motorized bicycle and a smartphone. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
