Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store. Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to loyal fans in the Grand Rapids, MI area using a non-motorized bicycle and the company delivery app. Provide quality customer service through positive interactions with customers in-person or by phone. Maintain accurate status updates on the app and manage time effectively within the one-mile delivery zone. Required Qualifications
