Job Summary
Assemble bikes, grills, and furniture with precision using supplied tools while adhering to SPAR's specifications. Work independently to reach designated stores with reliable transportation, reporting client work completions daily via smartphone or tablet. Build strong rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction through exceptional service and craftsmanship. Receive comprehensive onsite training and earn a weekly base pay against the number of products assembled, with unlimited upside potential based on output. Travel is necessary to cover your territory, and the amount of work varies by store.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently
- Available weekday daytime hours
- Able to carry and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Able to bend, stoop and stand for extended periods
- Internet access with an active email address
- Android or iOS smart phone and/or tablet for wireless reporting
- Reliable transportation, some travel involved
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with bikes, whether maintaining your own or in a professional setting (preferred)
