Job Summary

SPAR is seeking a Bike Assembler to join their team, offering training and a pay range of $18 - $20 per hour based on piece rate assembly work.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Able to carry and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Able to bend, stoop and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation, some travel involved

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with bikes, whether maintaining your own or in a professional setting (preferred)
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently
