Job Summary
Support end users on a service desk and deploy hardware to enable staff access to new equipment. Instruct clients on site to set up workstations and troubleshoot issues while collaborating on migration and implementation projects across various IT environments. Act as the primary contact for IT challenges at customer locations, ensuring smooth operations without requiring expert-level experience. This flexible part-time role requires a minimum of two full days per week and offers a salary starting at €16.40 gross. Located in the Talentpool team of ambitious students, the position provides free training and career development opportunities within a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Partner organization.
