Job Summary
Conduct IT support on a servicedesk and troubleshoot hardware issues for end users. Deploy hardware to enable staff access and set up workstations while resolving on-site client problems. Assist with migration and implementation projects across diverse IT environments. Serve as the primary contact for IT inquiries whether working remotely or at client locations. Manage projects that align with your current knowledge and development needs. Availability requires at least two full workdays per week.
