Job Summary
Provide direct IT support to end users on a servicedesk, deploy hardware, and troubleshoot workstations for clients on-site. Assist with migration and implementation projects across various IT environments while acting as the primary contact for technical issues. Rotate between remote work and on-site locations in the Utrecht, Amsterdam, Delft, and Eindhoven regions. Requires an HBO or WO degree, strong communication skills, and availability for at least two full days per week. Salaried at €16.40 per hour plus vacation allowance, with opportunities for free training and career progression within the Microsoft Cloud Solutions Partner organization.
