Job Summary
Provide direct IT support to end users on a service desk, deploy hardware, and set up workstations while troubleshooting issues at client sites. Participate in migration and implementation projects across various IT environments, serving as the primary contact for technical problems whether working remotely or on-site. Maintain flexibility to handle diverse projects that align with your current knowledge and development, requiring availability for at least two full workdays per week.
