Job Summary
Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, training and mentoring Associates, and ensuring efficient processing of merchandise from receiving to the sales floor. Coordinates truck delivery flow, maintains tagging/hanging/coding standards, supports inventory replenishment and backroom organization, enforces safety and labor policy adherence, and collaborates with management on priorities to deliver excellent customer experiences across HomeGoods/TJX brands. Emphasizes teamwork, communication, and a strong customer service focus while maintaining store cleanliness and adherence to signage and merchandising philosophies. Location-based responsibilities include on-site execution in Middletown, DE with a starting hourly rate of $16.00-$16.50.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
