Job Summary
The Big Box Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales, profitability, and market share across the retail channel. This role collaborates with internal teams (SIOP, customer service, finance, marketing, product management, and JM leadership) and engages in Lowe’s forecasting, inventory, and logistics activities. Primary duties include managing Lowe’s Special-Order and PEA Sales programs, supporting Big Box customers in securing large opportunities, conducting weekly planning with PRO teams, leading market visits and line reviews, and delivering data-driven recommendations on cost, price, margin, and inventory. The role requires strong interpersonal and presentation skills, advanced Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and the ability to work independently within an office setting with moderate travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years professional experience in Sales, Account Management, Channel Management, or related disciplines

- Experience in the building materials or construction industry preferred
- Strong financial and analytical skills

- Extensive knowledge of competitive and market pricing dynamics
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong problem-solving and channel strategy development skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Moderate travel required
