Bids & Proposals Specialist

Job Summary
Lead small to medium proposals (cross regions or business lines) and support from capture through to interview stage. Coordinate content and information for qualifications and proposals, including schedule, templates, compliance, content plan and production. Provide conceptual leadership for document design; may serve as lead writer/editor for resumes and past performance sections. Facilitate color review (Pink and Red team) and apply lessons learned to add value to proposals. Manage go/no-go analyses and capture planning; liaise with business line teams to develop marketing information and support continuous improvement. Lead and mentor entry-level proposal team members; perform self-checks prior to submission; ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma with a minimum of 4 years working experience with Bids & Proposals management
- Possess a flair for communication, both written and verbal
- Proficient level of English both oral and written
- Highly organised, meticulous, with an eye for detail
- Comprehensive range of administrative skills and client support services
- Excellent interpersonal skills. A proactive and effective communicator who can relate well to people at all levels
- Ability to build constructive and effective relationships using diplomacy and tact
- Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint computer skills
- Familiar with a suite of e-Procurement systems (GeBIZ, Sesami, Ariba, TenderBoard, etc.)
