Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end preparation and delivery of bids for EPC renewable energy projects, covering technical, commercial, and legal-administrative areas from assignment to contract signing. Conduct client clarifications, define offer strategies including calendars and resource needs, and coordinate internal and external technical teams to develop winning proposals. Manage supplier relationships, prepare economic budgets and pricing, and align legal, financial, and compliance inputs. Defend offers during closing sessions, analyze competitiveness and risks, and negotiate contracts upon award. Prepare project handover dossiers for operations. Requires 10+ years of bid management experience in renewables (solar, wind, battery storage) and advanced English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Ingeniero Superior de Caminos, Canales y Puertos o Industrial
- Al menos 10 años de experiencia en gestión de departamentos/equipos de ofertas, elaboración de ofertas y control de costes/estimaciones
- Experiencia previa en proyecto
- Nivel alto de inglés
- Formación y/o conocimientos avanzados en gestión de proyectos
- Capacidad de liderazgo
- Dotes organizativas con equipos funcionales a su cargo
- Microsoft Office a nivel avanzado
- Primavera/Project
- Presto
- Autocad
- Al menos nivel usuario de RatedPower y PVSyst
Desired Qualifications
- Valorable MBA
- Experiencia en tecnologías renovables, preferentemente en Fotovoltaica, Eólica y Almacenamiento con Baterías
- Experiencia adicional en ofertas y proyectos de alta tensión (Líneas de Transmisión y Subestaciones)
