Job Summary
Compile bid information in required templates using Microsoft Word and Excel to ensure complete documentation. Solicit pricing and service details from operating units and third-party haulers to maintain accurate pricing. Serve as a liaison between external and internal parties, acting as the primary contact in the customer escalation path. Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues by offering solutions and collaborating with co-workers. Update opportunities in the CRM with detailed tracking and profitability data. Review and respond to proposal requests from brokers and direct customers to ensure accuracy and timely communication. Participate in training to expand knowledge of company products and sales services. Hourly rate $20-$23. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting required with customer service or sales experience.
