Job Summary
Financial business partner for operational projects in Hengelo: serve as primary financial advisor, provide strategic guidance, alert stakeholders to risks and opportunities, and contribute to finance-related improvements. Core duties include preparing reports, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis; monitoring project expenditures; evaluating policies and performance standards; supporting annual budgets and business plans; assisting in bid preparation as part of the bid team; ensuring financial integrity and adherence to processes; and driving continuous improvement. Requires Bachelor/Master in Finance, strong financial acumen, proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and MS Office, and excellent English/Dutch communication (French advantageous). Hybrid work arrangement with potential for remote work two days per week; relocation costs available.amani
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or strongly related to Finance
- Affinity with technical processes
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to understand complex processes and strong financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch; French would be appreciated
- Knowledge of ERP-systems (Oracle/SAP)
- Willingness to participate in assessments and security requirements as per company policy
