Job Summary
Lead end-to-end bid management for high-value tenders in the private sector across the UK, developing bid strategies, win themes and response plans. Facilitate bid kick-offs, coordinate operational, commercial and technical teams, write and review high-quality tender responses, ensure submissions meet client requirements and compliance, and manage timelines. Leverage an AI-powered bid platform to improve content development and efficiency, while preparing presentation materials and maintaining the bid content library. Travel to client sites across the UK as required and collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape winning solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in bid management
- proven track record of delivering complex private sector bids
- excellent writing and communication skills
- ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- experience with AI-powered bid platforms
- travel willingness across the UK
