Bid Manager / MEP Estimator

Experienced Bid Manager / MEP Estimator to lead cost estimation and tender activities for data centre projects across Europe. Responsibilities include preparing detailed estimates for mechanical and electrical building services, performing quantity take-offs, assessing labour costs, coordinating with suppliers/subcontractors, identifying value engineering opportunities and commercial risks, supporting bid submissions and clarifications, and assisting with budgeting and cost planning throughout project life cycles. Requires strong understanding of MEP systems, data centre/project experience, proficiency in estimating software and Excel, and excellent communication/org skills. Offices in Newcastle upon Tyne or Whitstable; role involves in-person collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
